The aim of this collective approach to employment, businesses and the Moselle region is to :

  • Strengthen the economic attractiveness of Moselle and its ability to attract and retain talent by demonstrating the reality of a business fabric that has taken on board the challenges of responsible employment.

  • Reduce staff turnover through a more attractive working environment

Eligibility criteria

Who can obtain the label?

The Moselle Employeur label is aimed at Moselle-based companies committed to a socially, environmentally, economically and territorially responsible approach.

To be eligible, companies must meet one of the following conditions:

Hold ISO certification (quality, health and safety at work, environment) or a recognised CSR label.

Participate in a collective initiative (industry or professional group) that includes CSR issues.
